New Term – New Look

Rachel Hunter once famously said “It won’t happen overnight, but it will happen”. Sure, she was talking about hair treatments, or some such, but either way, the thing is she was wrong.

As we (hopefully) move back into more normalcy soon, you will see there have been many changes that have happened whilst you have been gone. Yes, Term 2 heralds a new era for The Kids’ Castle.

What has changed?

Great question. Let’s run through things.

First, there is this, a brand new website. This website has been developed by one of the Father’s involved with The Kids’ Castle and has been developed in consultation with a number of people over many months.

It is designed to showcase TKC in the best light, but more importantly, to make it much easier for you to find what you are looking for. There are blogs and updates on what we are doing, easy to find details on our programs, and clear concise information repositories detailing fees, opening hours and much more

Secondly, you will notice when you get back there is a new sign on the door. This sign is actually both the second and third thing to notice. The sign is cleaner, clearer and most excitingly of all, a way to share our new logo.

The Kids' Castle Logo

We wanted this logo to embody all we really are here at TKC. A place where kids come to play, a place where they feel safe (a castle) and a place they can learn, read and engage with others. We love it and we hope you do too.

Lastly, we are implementing a new booking and check-in/check-out system called Xplor. This system will replace the Becklyn system we have used for many years. It has been selected as it is app-driven; making it easier for you, the parents to make bookings, see updates (on the centre and your kids) and check your kids in and out. You will need to enrol into this new system, so, if you want some more details, check out this piece we have written about it.

So what does it all mean?

Fortunately, all these changes mean one thing only – a better experience for your kids and a smoother, more dependable experience for you. The team remains as committed and consistent as ever and we are here to help you. Of course, should you have any questions, you should fire them at us.

See you soon!
