All children must be enrolled with Kids Castle before bookings can be made.
An annual registration fee of $30 per child applies. This fee covers membership from January to December and will be charged again when re-enrolling for the following year.
Enrolment details must remain current. Please inform the Centre promptly of any changes to your contact information, authorised nominees, or medical details.
Bookings can be made via email or through the Xplor Home App only.
Places are limited, particularly for excursion and incursion days, and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings can be made up to 3 days prior to the requested session date.
Booking requests made through the Xplor App will be automatically accepted only if space is available. The app schedule will update accordingly, and no separate email confirmation will be issued in such cases. Standard fees and the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 5 business days of the booking will still be charged in full.
Where possible, and subject to availability, we may move the booking to another day within the same week; however, refunds are not available.
Program activities and schedules are subject to change based on booking numbers. Kids Castle reserves the right to cancel a session if numbers fall below:
15 children for day camp or incursion days, or
30 children for excursion days.
Families will be provided with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice in the event of a program cancellation.
An annual registration fee of $30 per child applies as noted above.
Vacation care fees are listed on the current program schedule.
Fees apply to all booked sessions, including absences or illness.
Kids Castle accepts direct debit payments only. Payments are processed each Thursday of the booking week.
Please ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account.
A dishonour fee will apply if a payment is declined, and any outstanding fees must be settled promptly.
CCS is available to eligible families.
Parents must provide accurate Customer Reference Numbers (CRNs) for both the primary carer and the child on the enrolment form. The names and dates of birth must exactly match Centrelink records.
The primary carer listed on your Kids Castle account must be the same person registered with Centrelink; otherwise, CCS cannot be processed.
Parents must:
Approve the Child Care Agreement (CWA) in Xplor; and
Confirm their Government Enrolment via Centrelink Online before the first day of attendance.
A delay in completing these steps may result in loss or delay of CCS payments.
Until CCS approval is finalised, parents are responsible for paying full fees.
For CCS assistance, contact the Family Assistance Office (FAO) on 136 150.
