We’re open from 7:15am until 6:00pm each day, with a light breakfast included in the price and afternoon tea on non-excursion days.

As long as your children are 5-12 years old (or enrolled in primary school), they can come along and join in the fun, they do not need to be enrolled at Castle Cove Public School. Have a look at our program highlights and then feel free to contact the super smiley (and highly trained) staff at The Kids’ Castle for more info or to have a chat about the best way to book in your child for a day of non-stop fun.

Bookings and Cancellations:

• A $20 annual registration fee applies to all families using the service for the first time.
• The Centre is not open on Public Holidays.
• Bookings are only accepted via Xplor – Speak to a member of staff or visit or Download the App
• Places are given on a first come first serve basis and there are a limited number of places available for excursions.
• Bookings can be made up to 3 days prior to the selected day.
• Cancellations to a booking must be made 5 working days in advance and no fees apply. After 5 working days, if it is possible to move the booking to another day (pending availability), we will try to accommodate the change. However, no refunds will be provided.
• The program is subject to change dependent upon enrolment numbers and the Centre may close on days where enrolments are low.
• During Vacation Care, the Centre does not take children to or collect from, extra-curricular activities such as swimming, sport or music

Children will need to bring:

• Morning tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea.
• Fruit is available throughout the day at any time.
• Please note that our Centre is “Nut Free”. That includes NUTELLA!
• Water bottle, a hat, and shoes suitable for walking each day. Please label all items!
• Additional items may be required for particular activities, particularly for excursions. Please check with the Centre.
• An Excursion and Activity Consent Form will need to be signed dependent upon what day and activity your child is enrolled for.
• NO open-toed sandals please
• No Singlets (sunburn)
• We will ask you to take your child home and change them into suitable clothing/footwear.
